Ayurvédské masáže jsou dědictvím našich předků a pocházejí z doby zhruba před 5 000 lety. Ayurvédské masáže nejsou jen masérská technika, ale především léčebná metoda, která se snaží zohlednit individualitu každého člověka.

Masáže pracují s energiemi a jejich rovnováhou v těle. Základem jsou 3 principy, které najdeme různě zastoupené ve všem, co nás obklopuje – váta, kapha a pitta. Systém Ayurvédy léčí přírodní cestou a využívá kombinaci životosprávy, bylinných čajů, koření a aromaterapie.

Ayurvédské masáže pracují se 100% přírodními oleji, které jsou velmi důležitou součástí těchto procedur a jejich působení na pokožku je pokládáno za stěžejní. Není proto úplně vhodné se ihned po masáži sprchovat, lepší je jen setřít přebytečný olej z pokožky ručníkem a zbytek oleje nechat působit.
